Return and Refund Policy 

 

At Stylehouses, operated by Framy Enterprises, we are dedicated to providing a reliable and seamless shopping experience for men’s and women’s clothing. In this policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Framy Enterprises, while “you,” “your,” and “user” refer to customers purchasing on our platform. By shopping with us, you agree to adhere to the return and refund procedures outlined below. 

Eligibility for Returns 

  • To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: 
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition 
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact 
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible 
  • Return requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery via customer support 
  • Items not meeting these requirements may be rejected 

How to Request a Return 

Submit Your Request: Email your return request including your Order ID and reason for return to framyenterprises@gmail.com 

Provide Evidence: For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, include clear photographs to enable faster processing 

Follow Instructions: Once approved, detailed steps will be shared to complete the return process 

Note: Returns failing to meet these conditions may be declined at our discretion 

Refund Process & Timeline 

  • Returned items are inspected to confirm eligibility 
  • You will be notified whether the refund is approved or denied 
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days 
  • A confirmation email is sent once the refund is successfully completed 

Partial Refunds 

If a returned item partially meets return criteria (e.g., minor damage or missing packaging), a partial refund may be issued at our discretion. 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products 

Requests for returns of faulty, damaged, or incorrect items must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.  

Include clear photos or videos of the issue and email them to (framyenterprises@gmail.com for faster processing.
